Just Class Jewelry ships International orders via USPS Priority Expedited services. International Customers have the option for packages to be insured with tracking at an additional fee.  

RETURNS

For regular price, in-stock merchandise, we will gladly accept your returns for a credit card refund within 14 days from the date on your receipt. Returns must be postmarked within this 14 day period to receive a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. All merchandise needs to have the original tags attached and must be returned in its original packaging. Sale items are final. In the event of an online return order is requested please complete the return form indicating the reason for the return and include the form with your return shipment.   

We suggest that you send your returns via UPS or USPS with tracking information.  We are not responsible for returns which we do not receive. All ‘special order’ or ‘made to order’ merchandise is final sale unless otherwise noted in writing. After the 14 day period, you will be issued an online gift card for the amount of your purchase, minus tax and shipping costs. Your online gift card will be valid for 1 year from the date of the return.

EXCHANGES

We will be pleased to exchange your online purchase within 14 days from the date on your receipt.      Please contact customer service at 312-600-6681 or email: jodi@justclassjewelry.com to arrange the proper exchange procedure.

SALES TAX
Orders delivered within the state of Illinois are subject to 9.25% sales tax. All out of state orders will be charged shipping costs but no tax.

When purchasing from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Just Class Jewelry has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error.
